…E por falar em voar na China, repasso a seguir a mensagem que acabei de receber do amigo Betojet sobre o ciclo de palestras que duas companhias aéreas chinesas farão no Brasil – 26 de julho em Porto Alegre e dia 1º de agosto em São Paulo – acerca dos respectivos processos de recrutamento:

Shenzhen Airlines 2013 new contract changes: 

1. Maximum Annual Salary up to: A320 US$231,600, B737NG US$212,400

2. Brand new Commuting Contract: 90/120 days annual paid leave

Airlines Introduction:

Shenzhen Airlines is an airlines based in Shenzhen adjacent to Hong Kong. It was founded in 1992 as the 5th biggest carrier in China with more than 120 aircraft. Being the first Chinese Airlines to recruit foreign pilots since 2002, it has the biggest foreign pilots group with more than 120 captains. With excellent management, first-class service and safety record, now Shenzhen Airlines is a well-known, out-standing airline and belongs to Air China Group.

Donghai Airlines was established in 2006, is a cargo airlines located in Shenzhen, China, It owns 7 B737-300 aircraft and 6 other type aircraft, plans to develop a multi aviation business on both cargo and passenger flight between domestic major Chinese cities and international route. Its main base is Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.

Minimum Requirements for A320 and B737NG captains :

√ 3000+ hours total flight time

√ 1000+ hours PIC on type ( A320 or B737 )

√ Current on type within 15 months

√ No older than age 50

√ ICAO level 4

√ Medical Class 1

√ No history of incidents or accidents

    Interessante que um dos requisitos mínimos exigidos dos eventuais candidatos pela companhia é a ausência de incidentes ou acidentes em seu histórico. Segundo esse critério, alguém como o capitão Sullenberger (aquele que fez acontecer o milagre do rio Hudson) não seria elegível para trabalhar nesta companhia.

    Parece que a cultura asiática supõe que se algo deu errado alguém tem que ser culpado, no sentido moral do termo, e de preferência deve ser severamente punido. Aliás, a esse respeito os orientais se equivalem a todo o resto do outrora chamado terceiro mundo.
    Passa longe desses contextos culturais e geográficos a noção de que o erro humano pode ser compreendido como um fenômeno natural, sujeito a fatores condicionantes ambientais e históricos, e portanto passível de ser evitado mediante o gerenciamento adequado desses fatores.

    Além disso a experiência mínima exigida deixa claro que eles não querem saber de investir um único dólar além do estritamente necessário no desenvolvimento profissional do eventual funcionário. Querem um profissional pronto, experiente, competente.
    Resta saber se há ao redor do mundo profissionais com tais qualificação de tal modo desamparados profissional e financeiramente a ponto de aceitarem as condições de trabalho estabelecidas por estas companhias.
